Description from the seller
High-quality reproduction of an original work made in graphite and gold acrylic paint, signed by the artist and with a certificate of authenticity. Series of 15 reproductions on 240g Smooth FineArt paper, with the gold details painted by hand. Protected and sealed on a rigid support for proper shipping.
Through illustration, Jav Rubín finds the tools needed to show the world, reality as he understands it, always seeking the hidden side of feelings and making them visible in his works. With a realistic style, he aims to bring the subconscious closer, sinking reality into the world of emotions and dreams, exposing the authentic gaze of a lost generation defined by instability and immediacy.
After receiving a scholarship from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and carrying out an artistic research fellowship at the Real Academia Española in Rome in 2014, he moved to Barcelona, where he has since dedicated himself entirely to the publishing, advertising, and mural painting world.
