An 1970s brass mantel clock with a sculpted figure, mechanical movement, 8-day power reserve, and demi-heure strikes on multiple bells, measuring 37 × 37.5 × 7 cm and weighing 10 kg, made in Germany and in good used condition with patina.

Gorgeous onyx? No. Just to be accurate: Superb gilded bronze mantel clock, richly decorated in the Louis XV style. This piece charms with the delicacy of its chasing and the elegance of its composition, inspired by gallant scenes.
The upper part is crowned by a delicate female figure in a graceful, dreamy pose, adding a romantic and refined touch to the whole. The ornament features rocaille motifs, foliage, and finely worked scrolls.
The circular enamel dial presents Roman numerals in individual cartouches, surrounded by a richly chased backdrop. The openwork hands enhance the clock's elegance.
The openwork base, with its flowing lines, lends the piece a great visual lightness and a remarkable decorative presence.
