πJS aka Stephen Joannon (Artist, Gallery owner, Exhibition curator, music critic…)
A versatile visual artist and conduit of forms, presents ROBBIT: a series of bright, color-rich sculptures, a mischievous homage to the worlds of Barry Flanagan, Jeff Koons and Kaws, caressed by the electronic motifs of Herbie Hancock — particularly Rockit (1983), from which its name is born. Made in Tourrettes-sur-Loup in collaboration with an exceptional craftsman, the collection unfolds into four silhouettes, each then hand-painted in strictly unique variations.
Poem of metal and material, ROBBIT blends pop audacity with playful gentleness: a sculptural presence that strikes with chromatic optimism and a visual melody. These pieces, designed to engage viewers and complement contemporary collections, are produced in limited editions — an invitation to acquire the work before its disappearance.
