Title: nuvole_041
Technique: coffee and bitumen on photographic impression on antique paper
Unique artwork
Size with passepartout: 30 × 30 cm
Year of creation: 2024

I provide Certificate of authenticity and ownership of the work
This series of works arises from the need to reconnect with parts of my past and to place myself in a condition to interact with them again.
Technically, I proceed as follows: I choose a work among all those I have painted over the years, I print it and dissolve with a solvent the ink that I print on antique paper. The result is a mark similar to a fingerprint, which can be more or less visible, defined, legible; imprint on which I intervene by hand using pastels, pencils, coffee, bitumen, acrylics, others.
The work is a UNIQUE and ORIGINAL piece and is mounted in a passepartout 30x30cm
(In case of purchase, after payment it is possible to add insurance to the shipment, at an additional 3% of the sale price)
Shipping by express courier specialized in transporting artworks.
The work can also be picked up at the artist's studio, in Rome.

BRIEF BIO
I have always drawn, since childhood. I approached painting in 2004, self-taught. In the early years I experimented with different techniques and themes. The female figure has always been present in my artistic research, even if over the years I worked on other series of works, especially urban landscapes and scenes of crowds or individuals.
In 2015 I approached old postal material as a support for my works: letters, postcards, maps, letters and manuscripts, and the woman returned to being the exclusive protagonist of my painting.
For many years I have collaborated with numerous galleries, have held solo and group exhibitions and regularly participate in art fairs.
Since 2014 I have had a painting studio in Rome, in Trastevere.
In 2021, following the Covid period, I conceived Marginalia, a home-made residency project in which I stayed in a different house in each region of Italy, creating a painting in each residence. All produced material was then exhibited in Milan in November 2023 in a large solo show at the Fondazione Matalon and in Rome in 2025 at the WeGil.
