- Sculpture fully realized in the artist's workshop (Master, silicone, plaster layer, casting and bronze powder)
- Piece cast with mineral-loaded matrix and acrylic binder and bronze powder stamping
- Patina: gunmetal and verdigris (verdigris acid)
- Size: 56x44x18 cm
- Edition of 10 (each patina will render the sculpture unique)
- With certificate of authenticity
Skepa is a French artist born in 1978, a painter and sculptor, cofounder of the BAFO movement.
Graduated from the École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts de Lyon, he began his artistic practice with graffiti alongside Jone Hopper in the early 1990s.
His work is grounded in a free and instinctive approach, nourished by urban culture and contemporary artistic exploration.
Over the years, his painting has evolved into a rougher, more expressive handwriting, blending abstraction, free figuration and gestural energy.
Known for a singular and immediately identifiable universe, Skepa develops a powerful and vibrant body of work, regularly presented on the international art market.
