Description from the seller
“Luce d’amore” is an original and spectacular painting in the metaphysical style, executed in oil on canvas by the Neapolitan artist Antonio Pirozzi. The work exalts the world of love, through symbols of beauty such as the rose, the book of memories, and the busts themselves, the latter wrapped in a warm, enveloping and passionate light. Beautiful, rich in warm and vibrant colors, the work measures 70 cm in height by 60 cm in length, and is shipped by express courier SDA of Poste Italiane or with GLS. Delivery times: for Italy 2/3 days; abroad 5/6 days. On the back, attached to the work, is the certificate of authenticity (COA) and the artist’s professional stamp.
Antonio Pirozzi, born in Giugliano in Campania near Naples, is an architect and painter. He trained among the Neapolitan surrealist and metaphysical painters, most notably Antonio Nunziante. The canvases, in fact, crystallize dreamlike and unreal atmospheres, compositions of notable poetic quality, built on absurd pairings that seem to evoke the realm of the subconscious and the arcane.
He currently lives and works in Mugnano di Napoli.
