Baccarat - Carafe - Crystal

An exquisite crystal decanter by Baccarat, dating from the early 20th century, in the refined “Athénienne” model. This design reflects Baccarat’s mastery during a period when the house was at the height of its technical and artistic excellence. Originally intended for serving vodka or fine spirits, this decanter would have graced elegant dining rooms and private bars, combining functionality with understated luxury.
The stopper is not original to the decanter. There are chips around the base of the stopper, as shown in the photographs. Apart from this, the decanter remains in very good vintage condition, displaying normal and attractive signs of age that enhance its authenticity and charm.
