I am a Dutch-born artist living and working in Dorset, England. For many years I have been inspired by the changing skies, rolling landscapes, and coastal beauty of the British countryside. My work is held in private collections and has been exhibited in galleries and exhibitions across southern England.
I specialise in contemporary semi-abstract landscape paintings, working primarily in acrylic on canvas. My paintings are often inspired by moments of stillness, light, and connection with nature, with a particular focus on expansive skies and atmospheric horizons. Each piece is an original artwork created in my Dorset studio.
The works I offer on Catawiki come directly from my own studio collection. Many belong to my ongoing "Meditation in Light" series, which explores the ever-changing relationship between light, colour, and landscape.
