Decorative wall artwork titled “Song of the Golden Nile”, created by artist Kinuko and published by The Franklin Mint.
This Egyptian-inspired composition depicts a refined scene on the Nile theme, with figures, a boat, lotus and stylized plant decor. The overall piece is richly worked in a very decorative style, with beautiful contrasts between gold, blue, black and white tones.
According to the original certificate of authenticity on the back:
Etching in sterling silver
Fine copper support
Inlays in 24-carat gold
Highlights in blue enamel
Certification date: December 3, 1981
The work is sold in its original moulded wooden frame, with mat and a back-mounted hanging system.
