Description from the seller
Geometric Composition 1/2026
Mixed media on canvas
70 × 70 cm
Geometric Composition 1/2026 arises from the layering of different materials and techniques: acrylic colors, oil colors, oil pastels and charcoal interact on the surface through the use of brushes, spatulas and gestural marks.
Artist biography
Eleonora Colomboni (born 1978, Italy) is a contemporary artist born in Fano and based in Marche. She graduated in Design and Fashion Disciplines at the University of Urbino, and after a long professional path in the fashion sector she chose to devote herself more continuously to painting.
Her artistic research develops between figuration and abstraction, with particular attention to color, composition and emotional expression. In her abstract works she combines gesture, geometry and matter, creating compositions that arise from the meeting of planning and instinct.
She has participated in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Italy, including in Florence, Livorno and Fano. Her works are part of private collections and are characterized by a contemporary language that blends painting sensibility, design culture and formal research.
