Jar - Porcelain - Italian hand-painted

Beautiful and richly decorated Italian decorative urn or cachepot, manufactured by Agostinelli Ceramiche from Bassano del Grappa, Italy. This quality piece is entirely hand-painted and features an exuberant rim of hand-formed porcelain flowers in soft pastel colors.

The front is decorated with a colorful hand-painted bouquet of flowers, framed by cobalt-blue rocaille ornaments. The vase rests on an elegant fluted foot with a finely worked gilded metal base. At the bottom there are both the Agostinelli factory mark and the original Carmenta sticker and model number 1871/B.

A decorative object of high quality that is characteristic of refined Italian ceramics from the second half of the 20th century.
