Walking cane made of oak wood with one end curved into a hook. Immediately after the curve, on the straight shaft, there is a silver band fastened with small brass nails. There are hand-written inscriptions reading, starting from the top: “Il D. Sez. A.N.A. (probably referring to the Section of the National Alpini Association). Bolzano To the President G. N. (probably a proper name) Barello 1929 – 1969. Made in Italy. The tip is brass. Length: 87 cm.”

Bastone da passeggio in legno di rovere con un'estremità ricurva a "gancio". Subito dopo la curvatura, sul fusto dritto, è presente una fascetta in argento fissata con dei piccoli chiodini in ottone. Ci sono delle incisioni fatte a mano con scritto, partendo da in alto: “Il D. Sez. A.N.A. ( probabilmente riferito alla Sezione dell'Associazione Nazionale Alpini). Bolzano Al Pres. G. N. ( probabilmente Nome proprio) Barello 1929 – 1969. Prodotto in Italia. Il puntale è in ottone. Misura: lungo 87 cm.
