Description from the seller
Oil painting on canvas from a collection.
Hand-signed by the contemporary artist Skedro and with a double gallery stamp.
Title: The Geometric Scream
Dimensions: 70 x 55 cm
Year: 2026
Skedro is a contemporary artist whose work focuses on representing identity as a continuously transforming process. Through fragmented faces, layered chromatic structures, and gestural, tactile painting, his works evoke totemic figures suspended between abstraction and presence. The human face becomes a territory to be rebuilt, where sign, color, and matter intertwine to reveal the tension between interiority and appearance. His work reflects on the unstable nature of the self, suggesting that identity is never definitive but always in flux.

In person, artworks are more beautiful than in photographs: one can appreciate the hypnotic beauty of the oil colors coming to life on the canvas.
