Description from the seller
Chochłoma was fashionable in the 70s and 80s of the last century. It was produced in the countries of the former USSR and imported to the Polish market. The set partly comes from Azerbaijan and the rest of the pieces from Russia from the former republics that were part of the USSR. This is a collection of dishes from the period mentioned above. It contains 28 pieces in total. It is most often turned on from lime wood, covered with a very thick layer of appropriate varnish and paint.

- 2, sugar shaker in two parts. 13 cm diameter, 13 cm height.
- 6 teaspoons, one 15 cm.
- 2 pieces decorative bowl with currants and a ladle.
- 1 large bowl 16 cm diameter, height 6 cm.
Condition: very good/good. some elements, especially the large cups, have minor chips on the edges. There are also internal scratches on the gilded interiors of the dishes here and there.
The history of the set dates back to the early 80s, when people went to Russia and, on the way, bought gold there. Unfortunately, the crisis in Russia broke out and gold was very hard to obtain there. Instead of gold, disappointed they brought back Chochłoma.
