Model 301 (IS-17) with a 150 V DC scale.
Description from the seller
Lot consisting of 2 vintage analog voltmeters for collection, ideal for enthusiasts of antique scientific instruments, vintage radios, militaria, vintage laboratories, industrial decor and steampunk style.
The first instrument is a voltmeter marked “Officina R.T. ed E. del Genio Militare Roma”, with a Volt scale and indication up to 400, particularly interesting for collectors of Italian military items and vintage technical instrumentation.
The second is a Weston Electrical Instrument Corp. voltmeter, Newark N.J. U.S.A., Model 301, Signal Corps Type IS-17, with a DC Volts scale up to 150 and a case mounted on a wooden base, a piece with strong technical and historical charm.
The instruments show normal signs of wear over time, superficial marks, patina, scratches, oxidations and small aesthetic defects visible in the photo, features that enhance their authentic vintage appearance. They have not been tested, therefore they are offered as collectible items, for display, scenography, industrial decoration, spare parts or restoration, with no warranty of operation or technical accuracy.
Perfect for display in a study, workshop, lab, collection of antique radios, vintage industrial environment, technical display case or military collection. Original, distinctive items increasingly hard to find, with a strong visual impact thanks to the analog dials, dark metal casings and the wooden base of the Weston model.
