In an hyperrealist style, this drawing depicts a female couple kissing and caressing each other. The off-center faces give prominence to the work on the bodies, to a certain sensuality and eroticism.
The play of light highlights every curve of these women embracing each other with finesse.
The pastel treatment adds a voluptuous and soft aspect to the work.

Verssan finds in pastel a way to own the body through games of curves, voids and fullness, shadows and lights by rubbing, blending and blowing the material onto the paper. The artist treats his subjects using tonalities but also playing with the color of the support in warm gray tones, revealing both softness and delicacy but also strength and virility.
