My name is Sandra Glaser and I live in Trofaiach in beautiful Styria, where I have created a lovingly furnished studio — a place where I can immerse myself completely in my colors, forms, and thoughts.
Since childhood I have been fascinated by the world of art. This passion has never left me — it accompanies me to this day and inspires me again and again. On travels and while visiting numerous exhibitions across Europe I collected many artistic impressions that have shaped my view of painting.
My preferred form of expression is abstract acrylic painting on canvas. In my work I deal mainly with feelings, inner states, landscapes, and fantasy worlds. It is about making visible what cannot be said — emotions, moods, and interspaces that are often expressed only in color and movement.
I paint out of passion. It is an intuitive process for me, with authenticity and depth at the center. Every work is a piece of myself — an impulse, a memory, a look inward and outward at the same time.
For a painting with the dimensions 160 x 100 cm you need a cradle frame sized 150 x 90 cm and a thickness of 2–4 cm.
You can then either simply stretch the canvas yourself or have it stretched by an artisan or gallery owner.
