A nineteenth-century geographical work complete with 7 folded maps inserted out of the text: planisphere, Europe, Italy, Asia, Africa, America, and Oceania. Volume bound in contemporaneous half green leather with marbled boards, spine decorated with title and gilded ornaments.

Collation: 5 unnumbered pages, VII pages of index, XIV pages of introduction, 552 pages; complete with 7 folded maps.

Exemplar complete and legible. Present foxing, light browning, small signs of use and abrasions to the binding; geographic maps well preserved, with editorial folds.
