Our standards:
- Each bonsai is delivered with a sample pack of our preferred organic bonsai long-term fertilizer.
- To determine trunk width we place the measuring instrument at halfway height between the root base and the first branch (see example image). If there are several stems, the widest one is chosen.
- All our trees are planted in a substrate mix developed by us.
- Where available, we reuse old packaging for shipping to be environmentally friendly.
- The trees are watered before shipping, protected from drying out, and securely fixed in the outer carton.
- Shipping is insured.
- Service providers are commissioned who state they typically deliver the goods within a maximum of 4 business days.
- We ship on the following Monday after payment is received on Catawiki to avoid weekend-delays.
