Description from the seller
In this work, botany, writing, and matter overlap in a composition with a strong graphic impact.
The leaves, traced with nearly analytical precision, traverse a background punctuated by monumental letters, creating a tight dialogue between natural element and language.
The word does not present itself as an immediately decipherable message: it is enlarged, fragmented, and partially hidden by vegetation, transforming itself into an image.
The viewer is thus invited to reconstruct the text through slow observation, following the shapes, interruptions, and overlaps present on the surface.
The wooden support is worked directly with chisels. The engravings, visible especially in the darker areas, are not an added decoration, but structural elements of the painting: they emerge from the surface, collect the light, and introduce a tactile dimension.
The paper tape used to build the lettering is intentionally preserved in some spots, becoming a trace of the procedure and an integral part of the texture.
The contrast between luminous green, botanical sign, and antracite background gives the work energy and depth.
A unique piece signed by Lina Bianchi | Interno7_LinaBi, the work belongs to a contemporary research that investigates the relationship between nature, word, transformation, and memory.
