Description from the seller

Splendid and elegant table container (ideal as a candy dish, biscuit jar, or decorative centerpiece) made of precious cobalt blue crystal, featuring a refined upper mounting in solid 800 silver.

The crystal body features a fine work of vertical milled ribs along the sides, which create beautiful plays of light and reflections. The bottom is finely decorated with a classic and rich milled star (or radiating) pattern, typical of high-manufacture crystal glassware.

The upper edge is finished with a band in 800 silver, which regularly bears the silver fineness mark "800" and the factory/technical mark "ACC". On the rear part of the collar there is a small metal element shaped to interlock/snugly fit.

The object fits perfectly in the Art Deco / Twentieth Century style. The geometric yet soft lines of the glass facets, combined with the clear contrast between the intense cobalt blue and the shine of the metal, are elements strongly representative of European decorative taste of the first half of the 20th century.
