*** Giuliano Fratti of Milan, Italy began his career designing buttons, buckles and belts in the 1930s-194Os. In 1950 Fratti arrived in New York and he worked with Chanel, Worth and Dior (1954 ) and later on in the '60s with Pierre Cardin. ***
