● About the Artwork
"The flower was born white, but someone chose to intervene, as if memories, wounds, and desires inevitably leave their color on everything they touch. The tiny figure is not destroying, but transforming, embracing the idea that beauty rarely remains untouched. The work speaks about our deeply human urge to leave a mark, even on the most delicate things. Because in the end, we are not only shaped by what we inherit, but also by everything we dare to paint onto our own story."
The artwork has been created through a contemporary digital collage process combining photography, multi-layered visual assemblage and advanced digital composition. Using photomontage techniques and image manipulation.

● About the Artist
Nando López (Barcelona) is the founder of Dikhotomy (DKT), an artistic project dedicated to exploring how images change their meaning when they are relocated into new cultural contexts.
His work establishes connections between historical iconography, popular culture, everyday objects, and visual memory, creating artworks that move between irony, visual appropriation, and contemporary reinterpretation.
Through limited edition prints, paintings, and object-based installations, he develops a visual universe where the familiar appears altered, generating new perspectives on consumption, desire, identity, and pop culture.
His work has been exhibited internationally and is also represented through various concept stores in Spain, France, Belgium, and Norway. Among his notable achievements are a solo exhibition at Gamla Kraftstationen Gallery (Sweden) and the publication of his artwork “I Am Jesus” as the cover image of Newsweek Polska in May 2024.
