It feels like a place that cannot be tamed – as if everything here is growing at once, spreading, intertwining. The colors act like plants that seek their own path: the lush green spreading out, the warm orange and yellow breaking through like sunlight, and the strong red flashing like blossoms or perhaps small eruptions in between.

Dark, swift lines run through it, almost like traces of movement – as if someone had passed through, touched, changed, unsettled. Nothing is orderly, nothing is planned, and that is precisely what makes this “garden” so alive.

It recalls the feeling when nature simply does what it wants – unpredictable, loud, sometimes chaotic, but full of energy. And somewhere in there lies something very familiar: the need not to have to control everything, but to let it grow.

Biografie/ Biography:
My name is Sandra Glaser and I live in Trofaiach in beautiful Styria, where I have created a lovingly furnished studio – a place where I can dive completely into my colors, shapes and thoughts.
Since I was a child I have been fascinated by the world of art. This enthusiasm has never left me – it accompanies me to this day and repeatedly inspires me anew. On travels and during visits to numerous exhibitions across Europe I was able to gather many artistic impressions that shaped my view of painting.
My preferred form of expression is abstract acrylic painting on canvas. In my work I primarily deal with feelings, inner states, landscapes and fantasy worlds. It is about making visible what cannot be said – emotions, moods and spaces in between, which are often only expressible in color and movement.
I paint out of passion. For me it is an intuitive process in which authenticity and depth are central. Each work is a piece of myself – an impulse, a memory, a look inward and outward at the same time.

For a painting with the dimensions 160 x 100 cm you need a stretcher frame sized 150 x 90 cm and a depth of 2-4 cm.

You can then either simply stretch the canvas yourself or have it stretched by an artisan or gallery owner.

This is a handcrafted original, which the artist has signed on the back and dated.

High-quality and light- and fade-resistant acrylic colors have been used on a multiple times white-primed gallery canvas.

Likewise, a varnish has been applied to protect the work.

This work is handmade and thus unique!
