Hibiki is a renowned Japanese blended whisky, highly acclaimed for its delicate flavor and exceptional craftsmanship, and highly sought-after among enthusiasts.
As a rare example of Hibiki from the anonymous 1990s (before age labels were introduced), its contents are said to be equivalent to Hibiki 17 Years Old.
Produced by Suntory, Hibiki 17 Years Old is a prestigious blend of malt and grain whiskies.
Since its release in 1989, it has won numerous awards, solidifying its position as one of the finest Japanese whiskies.
Aged in a variety of casks, including American white oak, sherry casks, and Mizunara oak casks,
it develops a complex character.
Tasting Notes
Aroma: A rich and complex aroma with tropical fruit nuances such as peach, melon, and apricot, as well as hints of honey, vanilla, nuts, and a hint of smoke.
