Lumière de Majorque
Created during my artistic residency in Mallorca, this work is an ode to the brilliant light of the Balearic Islands. Between deep blue skies, sea breeze, and timeless elegance, it evokes those serene moments when one is carried by the softness of summer.

Winner of the “Best European Artist” prize at World Art Dubai 2024 and winner of the Public Prize as well as the President’s Prize at the Florence Biennale 2023 (Italy), a graduate of the Nicolae Grigorescu Academy of Fine Arts in Bucharest, the artist has been painting since a very young age.
After living in several countries, notably Mexico and New Zealand, she now resides and works in Antibes.
Her oil paintings, focused on women and sensuality, are inspired by Art Deco and Art Nouveau, as well as the compositions of the Italian Renaissance masters. Her canvases exude an atmosphere of peace and serenity, inviting the viewer to immerse themselves in the glamorous and enchanting world of the “Roaring Twenties” on the Côte d’Azur.
Today her works are part of numerous private collections and have been exhibited in galleries, museums, and prestigious art exhibitions. She has been a finalist for many painting and sculpture prizes, including the most recent at the Florence Biennale 2023, where she won the President’s Prize and the Public Prize.
Her work has also been featured in several publications such as Nice Matin, Vauban Magazine, TOUTMA, La Strada, Maisons et Jardins, COTE Magazine, etc.
