Description from the seller
This screen print is made with a second-hand plush bear and 2 inks (Warm Rose and deep dark blue/purple). The original teddy bear was dipped in Indian ink and printed in its entirety on paper. From this original artwork, a screen print was made in an edition of 25 bears.
Technique: Hand-pulled screen print on 340-gram (acid-free) handmade paper
Includes: Artist Certificate of Authenticity
Worldwide delivery / ships within 48 hours in a tube. The work is shipped unframed.
Edition: 25 (Signature and embossing on the front of the screen print)

Michiel Folkers a.k.a. Gieler (1982) began graffiti in Amsterdam in the late 1990s. Years later he swapped street walls for canvas in his studio. In much of his work the street-feel is still clearly visible or tangible. At the moment his work travels the world and he exhibits in galleries from Zurich to New York. Especially in America his work has become popular in recent years and he hangs in the homes of several 'famous people'.
