Beautiful 4/4 Saxon violin by Albert SCHLEGEL, a renowned violin maker from Markneukirchen. The violin was built in 1936 and remains in good original varnish. The violin has a beautiful neck projection by K. Kohler from Konstanz. The tone is warm and dominant. The measurements are:
Total length. 59.4 cm
Mensur (toechord?) 32.4 cm
Body (Corpus). 35.6 cm
Aperture (Taille). 11.0 cm
Upper bout width. 16.4 cm
Lower bout width. 20.7 cm
