1. Shipping
• Items are shipped in simple packaging to reduce costs.
• From Singapore/Japan to Europe:
• If the item value + shipping is < €150 we use economical postal services (e.g., EMS, SingPost).
• Premium carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL) can be used if you pay the cost difference (€10 would suffice).

2. Customs
• The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes and customs fees.
• We are not responsible for customs delays or additional charges. Please check local rules before purchase.

3. Cancellations and returns
• If you cancel after payment, you pay all return costs and any import duties/taxes.
• Returns require our approval, must be unused, not damaged, and in original packaging. The buyer pays all return costs and related fees.

4. Payment
• Winning items are held for 1 week after the auction ends.
• Full payment is required within this period, or the item may be relisted/sold to another buyer.
