Description from the seller

Vintage 'Randonneur' style city bike for men from the French brand Olympique, made in Saint-Étienne in the 1970s.

The bicycle is entirely original and is in an exceptional mechanical condition: it is 100% functional and ready to ride.

Brands of parts and components:

- Frame: Original Olympique steel with its sky-blue vintage paint and original decals.
- Bell: Metal engraved "Pierre Blondin - Cycles - Strasbourg".
- Brakes & Levers: Original calipers on rim.
- Derailleurs: Mechanical system with frame-mounted levers (2x5 speeds).
- Equipment: Chrome fenders, kickstand, front and rear steel pannier racks original.
- scelle

State of spare parts:

- Tires: Vintage brownwall tires original. They hold pressure and roll, but show a slight aesthetic cracking due to age (sidewalls).
- Brakes: Functional, pads in good condition and braking is effective.
- Chain and transmission: Clean, not seized, gears shift smoothly.
- Grips: White/cream original plastic grips, in good condition.
- Lighting: The complete dynamo system is fully functional. The front headlight and rear light illuminate perfectly while riding.

Esthetically, the bike presents a very beautiful vintage patina with some normal signs of use and light superficial rust spots that do not affect the solidity of the frame."} } }}}}}} } } }} } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } } }
