Description from the seller

The art series “TRACE” celebrates the beauty of imperfection in the spirit of Wabi-Sabi, pairing graphic precision with intuitive freedom. On unprimed, raw cotton, the brushstrokes leave their traces—deliberately not perfectly straight, with frayed edges and without precise edges. You can see and feel the natural fiber and the weave of the fabric, which gives the works an honest, organic materiality. From this interplay of reduced, monochrome clarity and movement arises a harmonious balance of order and dynamism. The images manage to radiate deep visual calm while simultaneously introducing a subtle, atmospheric tension into the space. Graphic, minimalist, and profoundly expressive: a perfectly imperfect statement that fits seamlessly into contemporary, elegant, and minimalist interiors.

- Acrylic paints on unprimed cotton canvas
- Canvas: approx. 155 cm x 115 cm (fits a stretcher frame of 140 cm x 100 cm)
