A 1950s Rolex Precision Metropolitan with a case and back in 18-karat gold, one of those dress watches from the Geneva maison that today attract growing interest among collectors who seek the discreet elegance of pre-Oyster Rolex, far from the sports narrative that dominates the modern market.

The engine-turned guilloche bezel is a refined and characteristic detail of the period, artisanal workmanship requiring mastery. The Rolex Caliber 710 manual-wind movement, serviced in April 2022 by a professional, ensures daily reliability: 17 jewels, 18,000 A/h, adjusted to two positions.
