The Son of Apple is a 2026 resin sculpture by BADFACE, hand-signed, edition 2/25, measuring 230 x 280 x 60 mm, produced in Spain and in good condition, framed in a black wooden box with a certificate of authenticity.
Description from the seller
I present to you an exceptional piece, packed with conceptual ingenuity, that pays tribute to one of the great surrealist icons, René Magritte's The Son of Man, fusing it with contemporary culture and Apple’s brand identity.
On this occasion, the iconic figure materializes through an iconic Lego character crafted in resin and hand-painted. The figure wears the classic grey suit with a red tie and bowler hat, while its face is subtly masked by the emblematic bitten green apple, creating a fantastic visual play against a background that recreates the cloudy sky and the wall from the original work.
This is a strictly limited and numbered edition of only 25 pieces worldwide, making each piece a unique investment opportunity for collectors.
The work is elegantly presented framed in a black wooden box that highlights the depth of the relief and the three-dimensional volume of the sculpture, ready to hang and transform any space.
The piece is delivered with its corresponding certificate of authenticity signed and numbered, guaranteeing its exclusivity. Shipping will be arranged immediately via professional courier with a tracking number so you can monitor the journey from the workshop to your home.
To ensure the artwork arrives in perfect condition and to prevent accidental breakage, shipping is performed without the final glass. As a special courtesy to the collector, we include at no cost an acrylic sheet to safeguard the piece during transit. Being a courtesy item exempt from commercial value, any damage, scratch, or breakage affecting this provisional sheet during transport will not entitle you to claims, refunds, or replacements. Once the piece is received, the owner may keep this cover or substitute it with a material of their choice.
Good luck to everyone at the auction—you're getting a piece with incredible visual impact and absolute exclusivity.
