Beautiful oil on panel measuring 25 x 33 cm, signed bottom left B Retaux, a French Orientalist painter, friend of Maurice Boitel, and André Hambourg, two Orientalist painters (among others). Bearing the workshop stamp as well as an order number on the back.
It represents, as is often the case with the well-known Orientalist painter, a view of Morocco in Marrakech.

Sold in a modern frame by the painter's daughter, thus authenticity guaranteed.
