Description from the seller
Historic diamond ring in 14-karat gold and silver

The ring features an elegant open-worked design with a central marquise-cut diamond, surrounded by rose-cut diamonds. The combination of silver settings and a gold shank is typical of jewelry from the late 19th and early 20th centuries.
Central is a marquise-cut diamond with an estimated size of about 7.5 x 4.6 mm. Around it are six smaller rose-cut diamonds of about 3 mm. On the left lower side, one of the original small diamonds is missing.
The ring has been reinforced at the back of the shank at a later date, with the inner side thickened to improve wearability and durability.
