πJS aka Stephen Joannon (Artist, Gallery owner, Exhibition curator, Music critic…)
Versatile sculptor and transmitter of forms, presents ROBBIT: a series of colorful sculptures, a mischievous homage to the worlds of Barry Flanagan, Jeff Koons and Kaws, steered by the electronic motifs of Herbie Hancock — particularly Rockit (1983), from which his name is born. Realized in Tourrettes-sur-Loup in collaboration with an exceptional craftsman, the collection unfolds into four silhouettes, each then hand-painted in strictly unique variations.
Poem of metal and matter, ROBBIT blends pop audacity and playful sweetness: a sculptural presence that strikes with chromatic optimism and visual melody. These pieces, designed to traverse looks and complete contemporary collections, are produced in limited editions — an invitation to seize the work before its disappearance.
