The art series "SURGE" captures the dynamics of elemental movements – vibrant, present, and expressive. The works live off the tension-filled contrast between matte, raw cotton and intensely pulsating, deep acrylic layers.

Broad brushstrokes and expressive gestures subtly make the physical energy of the painting process on the canvas surface tangible. While powerful, flowing forms dominate the compositions, targeted color accents elsewhere set lively, vital impulses.

Because the unprimed canvas intentionally remains untouched in many places, the works breathe and develop a fascinating, tangible depth. It is a harmoniously balanced interplay of dense color structures and minimalist free spaces. The works have a powerful visual presence and enhance any room.
