Vase - Glass

This vase is a piece of Barolac artistic glass designed by Josef Inwald in 1930s Czechoslovakia. The design, known as "Dans la Forêt" (In the Forest), features a three-dimensional relief of trees and foliage on frosted and satin-finished glass. It is a heavy glass object, often described as pressed crystal, in the Art Deco style, comparable to the works of René Lalique. These vases are collectible and their value depends on condition, particularly the absence of chips or cracks on the rim!!
