Lot of 5 Vintage Anglo-Indian Hand-Carved Sheesham Wood Jewelry & Trinket Boxes -

Offering a beautiful, coherent collection of five vintage trinket/jewelry boxes, intricately handcrafted in India (likely circa 1970s/1980s).
Every box is meticulously carved from solid hardwood—traditionally Indian Rosewood (Sheesham)—showcasing dense floral and foliate relief work on both the lids and the side panels.

Each box features a unique, distinct central inlay work (intarsia) on the lid , mother-of-pearl accents.

Inside, the natural, clean grain of the exotic wood is fully visible on four of the boxes, while one rectangular box features its original vibrant royal blue velvet lining, perfect for protecting delicate rings or pins.
All boxes are fitted with durable, functional brass hinges.

Excellent vintage condition overall. The wood is structurally sound with no deep cracks, warping, or major scratches.
The hinge mechanisms function smoothly, and the lids close properly with a tight "box-in-a-box" seal.
