Description from the seller
A for Andy Warhol — The Artphabet
Edition 3/10 — 60 x 60 cm
This work is part of The Artphabet, an artistic project developed by the digital artist Cess, in which each letter of the alphabet pays tribute to key figures in the history of contemporary art.
In this piece, the letter A becomes a tribute to Andy Warhol, one of the leading figures of Pop Art. The work reinterprets his iconic visual language by directly integrating one of his most recognizable elements: the Campbell's soup can, transformed here into a three-dimensional structure that shapes the letter itself.
The result is a fusion between sculptural typography and pop visual culture, where the everyday is elevated to an art object. The clean, industrial, highly recognizable aesthetics connect directly with Warhol's universe, while maintaining a contemporary approach through the use of 3D.
The piece was created through a completely digital 3D process (CGI), modelled by hand with particular attention to detail, proportions and materials, achieving a realistic appearance that reinforces its visual impact.
The Artphabet has had wide international impact, being disseminated in numerous design, art and visual culture media, establishing itself as one of the most prominent typography art projects in the recent digital realm.
Cess is an artist specializing in digital art, CGI and artificial intelligence, with an established track record in the creative sector, having collaborated with international brands such as Apple, Google, Prada, Vogue and MTV, among others.
The work is presented in high-quality Giclée print on cotton canvas, guaranteeing an excellent reproduction of the detail, color and texture of the original digital.
