According to Artprice, Bruno Cantais’ price range in 2021 is around 600-2000 euros for his paintings and multiple prints, making him relatively affordable for art collectors.
A compulsive and spontaneous creator, Bruno Cantais lives in Lyon. He explores several techniques, ranging from abstract expressionism akin to Rauchenberg or De Kooning, to material projections à la Georges Mathieu, to Pop Art collage, or to the expressionism of Karel Appel, traversing the boundaries between abstract gesture and figurative representation. Yet his signature remains this physical painting, this material worked with the body, testimony to the artist’s intimate monologue. Represented by Galerie Les Couleurs de l’Eternité in France, Gallery Modern Dutch in the Netherlands. Listed by Artprice, Drouot, and Akoun since 2005. Atelier Maeght in 2005. Recently participated in the Art3f fair in Lyon. Recent exhibitions in Chisinau (Moldova), Cannes, Pézenas, and Lyon at the Abbaye de Paul Bocuse for the 2023 gala evening. Paris, private collection gallery on Île Saint Louis since 2016. Has exhibited in international galleries in Belgium, the USA, Italy, and Portugal since 2019.
