According to Artprice, Bruno Cantais's market value in 2021 is about €600-€2,000 for his paintings and multiple prints, making him a relatively affordable artist for art collectors.
A compulsive and spontaneous creator, Bruno Cantais lives in Lyon; he explores several techniques, ranging from abstract expressionism to Rauschenberg or De Kooning, to material projections à la Georges Mathieu, to Pop Art collage or to the expressionism of Karel Appel, which straddles the boundary between abstract gesture and figurative representation. But his signature remains this physical painting, this material worked with the body, a testament to the artist's intimate monologue.
An artist represented at Galerie Les Couleurs de l'Éternité in France, Gallery Modern Dutch Art in the Netherlands. Listed on Artprice, Drouot and Akoun since 2005. Atelier Maeght in 2005. Recently participated in the Art3f fair in Lyon. Recent exhibitions in Chisinau, Moldova, Cannes, Pézenas and Lyon Abbaye de Paul Bocuse gala evening 2023. Paris private collection gallery Île Saint Louis since 2016. Exhibiting in international galleries Belgium, USA, Italy and Portugal since 2019.
