Guilloché frame in ebonized wood with moulding (geometric and repetitive work impressed into the wood) characteristic of the Guilloché style (also known as Flemish or Dutch style, widely used in the 17th century and later revived).
Surface decoration with small, rhythmic, and regular geometric reliefs in paste relief.
Excellent for both mirror frames and for important paintings.
