Description from the seller
Marvelous Girl Series
Limited editions of 8 copies + 4 EA (artist's proofs) - Aluminum support (print on white vinyl mounted onto 2 aluminum plates, rear attachment, and a soft front laminate anti-UV and humidity). Certificate of authenticity
F2B pursued brilliant studies at the School of Applied Arts Duperré in Paris. Art Director, then Creative Director in an agency, F2B finds all his inspiration in brand identity. Freed in his art from advertising constraints, F2B takes pleasure in associating with and reworking logotypes, icons and other public emblems.
Two fundamental elements will guide his creations: the use of the female body in advertising to sell, and the strength that logotypes acquire in our urban environment. He creates through this association of ideas the “BrandBabes,” a kind of Pin-Up where logos dress the bodies of women. With the series "Marvelous Girl", this time it is the "Superheroes" who envelop the female silhouettes, thus creating new heroines.
