Valeri was born January 26, 1966, in Ukraine, and began painting already during school years; he studied at the Municipal Art School for Children in Zhytomyr. At the age of 15, he began studies at the Republican Art School in Kyiv, after completing the school he qualified for the Lviv National Academy of Arts; he works as an artist, combining classical and modern styles, supplementing traditional techniques with his own vision, and he has participated in many exhibitions in Ukraine.
