Lot consisting of 3 French knives with blades in silver, fineness 950, Minerva head (as in photo) and a German silver napkin ring with fineness 800 as per stamps (see photo).
The lot comprises 4 pieces.
The knives with silver blades bear the Minerva head marks, the silversmith’s lozenge hallmark (as in photo), the handles in horn/bone with the initials of the client WFM engraved (as in photo).
Dimensions: 20 cm x 1.5 cm
Total weight of the 3 knives: 91 g.
Condition: blades excellent, handles worn with signs of time and natural patina.
The napkin ring has a beautiful engraving inside bearing the initials of the client TR (as in photo).
The stamps present are those of the crescent moon (silver from 1888 onward), the crown, the 800 silver fineness, and the silversmith W. (as in photo).
Dimensions: Diameter 5 cm x height 3.5 cm.
Weight: 13 g.
Condition: excellent as in photo.
Total weight of the 4 pieces: 104 g.
