Hand-blown glass vase, with white and antique pink granulate decoration running uniformly along the body.
The shape is the classic double-ogive, with a bulbous body that narrows into an elegant neck and opens into a wide, wavy petal-edged rim, blown and finished by hand.
The two large volute handles, applied hot in deeper pink glass and worked with twisting, add a sculptural presence that sets this piece apart from mass production.
In natural light the glass glows, revealing the finesse of the striations and the quality of the material. In excellent condition, with no chips or restorations.
A piece with character, suitable for both an Italian art glass collection and a tastefully styled interior.
