The artist
Alex Jenkins is an artist, illustrator and animation director from southeast London. A graduate of Camberwell College of Arts in 2015, he has developed a distinctive style that blends surrealism, satire and a bold use of color. His work moves between humor and the unsettling, between the absurd and the grotesque, with influences ranging from Flemish masters such as Bruegel and Bosch to comics and pop culture.
He has collaborated with internationally renowned publications including Vice, Timeout London, Mixmag, Society Magazine and Hustler Magazine. His illustrations are appreciated for their visual depth and distinctive character, which unites technical precision and boundless imagination.
