In Greek mythology, Sisyphus, son of Enarete and Aeolus, son of Hellen, is the mythical founder of Corinth. Some ancient texts call him “Sesephos.” He is best known for his punishment: pushing a stone to the top of a mountain, from which it always ends up rolling back down.
