This exceptional Loewe Madrid vintage backpack, crafted in monogram canvas with black leather details and gold hardware, is in very good overall condition considering its age and use.
Overall condition
The piece maintains its firm structure and original proportions, with no deformations or sags. The exterior canvas preserves the characteristic Loewe logo pattern clearly defined, with no discolorations or areas of significant wear. The surface shows only light signs of superficial use consistent with its age.
Leather and stitching
The black calfskin sections — strap, flap, reinforcements, and piping — are in very good condition, with a satin sheen and a homogeneous natural patina, without cracks or flaking.
Stitches are intact and properly tensioned, with no loose threads or visible repairs, reflecting the excellent artisanal quality typical of Loewe.
Hardware and closures
The gold metal elements, including the front buckle, the eyelets engraved with “LOEWE,” and the lower joints with decorative reliefs, retain their original shine. They show small scuff marks and micro-scratches, typical of use and the passage of time, but without loss of plating or rust.
